- Description
- Contractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R ST, Detroit, MI 48201 and Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Health System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, preventive maintenance for Sterilization and Surgical Equipment. This equipment is primarily located in the Sterile Processing Division of each Medical Center. The contract will be for one base year and two one year optons. Solicitations may be requested in writing, addressed to the Contracting Officer, to include, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, and point of contact. No e-mail requests will be accepted. See Numbered Note: #1
