- Description
- The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is seeking qualified Architect/Engineer services for complete set of construction documents to upgrade and or replace existing secondary electrical switchgear in the basement of Bldg. #1 The building is approximately a 354,000 square feet Medical Care Facility. The project will also include an evaluation of the existing emergency distribution systems and drawings to make recommended upgrades and changes, review the existing electrical distribution system and make recommendations for any upgrades. The A/E shall provide specifications and drawings noting the changes recommended. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code for this procurement is 541310. The Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 - $2,000,000. There are no proposals, no statement of work to be issued.
