- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and with FAR Subpart 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Request for Quotation (RFO) 673-42-03 is assigned and shall be referenced on any request for solicitation. North American Industry Classification System is 423450. The requirement is brand name or equal in accordance with VAAR clause 852.211-77. Small business size standard is 100 employees. Delivery to be made to James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 336112. Provide by price the following: Brand name is Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, Item #4415 TCM II 115V Hyper/Hypothermia Unit with item #15746 TCM Remote w/Temp Display module.
