- Description
- Curriculum Development and Execution. The contractor shall provide services necessary in the development and execution of the USAF Test Pilot School (TPS) curriculum at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB). Required services include development and presentation of classroom instruction in all phases of the TPS curriculum, in-flight instructor for flight test engineers, direct control room/telemetry missions, serve as curriculum advisor and facilitator to student qualitative evaluations and test management project groups, manage the TPS soaring program and activities, primary and advanced ground and flight soaring instruction, and ground and flight instruction in civil, experimental, and military aircraft to support curriculum/curriculum support aircraft and/or the qualitative evaluation program. The contractor is required to have Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Commercial Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate. RFP will be released on or about 7 Mar 03.
