- Description
- The purpose of this acquisition is to award a competitive contract to relocate existing overhead power, telephone and cable TV utilities lines underground for 22 residences located in the MFH Area D, North housing area, HAFB. An additional 16 residences MAY be included in award. High voltage feed to the residences and SCADA controlled switch work is included. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to accomplish work IAW Drawings and Specifications. Period of performance will be 180 days for the 22 residences and another 180 days for the additional residences. Bidding contractors must bid on all 38 residences. A bid bond of 20% is required with Bid. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% is required from the successful bidder. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on April 1, 2003 @ 9:00 am Hill AFB Bldg. 1289 NE Conference Room.
