- NA Solicitation No. DASW01-03-R-0011 TRICARE Enterprise Wide Scheduling and Registration (EWS-R) Commercial-Off-the-Shelf Software Acquisition and Configuration Supplemental RFI to Prospective Bidders The Government seeks additional information from prospective bidders in association with the acquisition of enterprise wide scheduling and registration supplies and services by the government. To that end, the following questions are put forward to prospe ctive proposers. The government intends to evaluate the answers and then will consider issuing an amendment to the solicitation accordingly. This request in no way effects the current solicitation as issued and should not be considered as an amendment to it. Question 1. Has your company previously sold/configured/implemented registration and/or scheduling software as a package separate from your company's patient accounting (i.e., patient billing) solution? Question 2. Has your company implemented your registration and scheduling software for a customer that was using another vendor's patient accounting software? If so, what were the challenges associated with integrating the products? Question 3. If the Government added patient accounting to this solicitation, would you be able to provide a complete solution? Question 4. Does your application integrate with commercial coding applications? If yes, with which specific commercial coding applications does your product currently interface? Question 5. Does the patient accounting software you generally integrate into your solution also integrate with commercial coding applications? If yes, which ones?
