NA You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, Frances Steel, Contract Specialist or Karen Balch, Contracting Officer on FAX number 256-955-9237. PRON: AX3C0139AX, NSN: 4320-01-463-2367, PN: 145DS519-5, Quantity: 30 each minimum/494 each maximum, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 30 each, 450 Days After Contract Award (DAC A) and 30 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 288 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 30 each, 300 DACA and 30 each per month thereafter until contract completion . This is a Flig ht Safety Part. This are restricted to Parker Hannifin Corpration, 14 Robbins Pond Road, Ayer, MA 01432-5641 and The Boeing Company, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a s ource control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are en couraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All respo nsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing d ated stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
