Description

NA Solicitation DAAB07-03-R-F036 is for a one-time buy of AN/UXC-7 components, as follows: NSN: 5815-01-234-1181, Drive Assy, Drum; 5895-01-213-9647, timer, Servo CCA; 5895-01-213-2380, Control, Interfac; 5895-01-213-9646, Front Panel Assy; 5895-01-213-4803, Scan Optics Assy. All components are non-commercial and are required to maintain operability of the AN/UXC-7 in the field. The Government does not possess any technical data (drawings or specifications), nor is the form, fit, or function defined by any nationally recognize d industry standard or specification. Accordingly, a one-time sole source award will be made to MILFAX Company, 1255 N. Knollwood Avenue, Anaheim, CA, 92801-1310 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a) (1). Delivery is required 45 DAC.
