- NA Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army ? Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase ord er on a sole source basis with HP White, Searboro Road, Street, MD 21154. This effort is to provide the Government with follow-up ballistic testing. HP White is the required source to conduct 39 additional production verification tests (not to exceed a tot al of $36,270.00) to ensure the continuity of test data from the previous effort which was also performed by HP White.
