- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about March 10, 2003. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NAICS CODE 335312. The NPS Statue of Liberty National Monument intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for replacement of generators in LIBERTY IV vessel. The RFQ will be issued via the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) web page at www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the specification and RFQ will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FEDBIZOPPS web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. FEDBIZOPPS also contains an optional automatic notification service. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 335312 and 1000 employees, respectively. The standard industrial classification code is 3621. The scope of the acquisition will be included in the Request for Quote, when posted.
