- DESC: The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington (FISC Washington) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to United Business Machine (1577 Spring Hill Road, Vienna, VA 20388) on behalf of Navy Public Works Center, Washington, DC for Copier Maintenance Service Contract.
