- SPAWAR SYSTEMS CENTER, SAN DIEGO intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification with Innova Systems International LLC of El Cajon, CA under the existing contract: N66001-01-D-5001. This action will provide a level of effort increase and extend the period of performance through 26 June 2005. The estimated increase in the level of effort is approximately 330000 hours. This action will be issued as a sole source modification under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. This is not a request for proposals, and a solicitation is not available.
