- THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS A REVISION OF THE ONE POSTED ON JANUARY 22, 2003---REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 15,600 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of Class A Office space with adequate parking. The space should be on a single floor and contiguous; preference will be given to first floor space. Offers for both existing buildings and new construction will be considered. DELINEATED AREA: Northeast Philadelphia within the following parameters: North to Grant Ave East to Roosevelt Boulevard; West to Castor Ave; South: Cottman Avenue. Properties located directly on Route One must have alternate access aside from the Boulevard. TERM: 10 years with full termination rights by the government after the fifth full year of occupancy for existing buildings. 10 years firm for new construction. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot 3) Common Area Factor. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
