Description

NA Solicitation DADW35-01-R-0011 has been amended to delete verbage and change dates in Schedule B as revised in Amendment 0013. The changes are as follows: 1. CLIN 0001, page 4 of 91, delete the following verbage after Period of Performance: 7 January 2004 - 6 May 2004 in its entirety. Phase In/Transition: Contract effective date through contract start date (est 2 October 2003 - 6 January 2004) equals 97 days; Contract start date through full implementation (est 7 January 2005 - 6 May 2004) equals 121 days; 9 7 days plus 121 days IAW Attachment J11 and; 2. CLIN 0004AA, page 11 of 91, Period of Performance is changed from 7 May 2004 - 7 May 2005 to 7 May 2004 - 6 May 2005. The closing date for this solicitation remains unchanged (11 march 2003 at 1400 hours (2:00 PM EST)).
