- Description
- This acquisition is for the procurement of Tube Assembly Metal, P/N: 4042205, NSN: 4710-00-395-7083NZ. Quantity range: Min 20/Med 39/Max 59 each. Size and dimensions: Tube outside diameter, 0.625 inch min and 0.630 inch max; wall thickness, 0.025 inch min and 0.031 inch max. Form fit and function: The primary function of the Tube Assembly is to provide the oil path form the scavenge pump to the pressure transducer. Applicable to: F100PW200/220/Engine. Predominant materials: TI Alloy, Spec PWA 1260. Required delivery schedule: 30 Jan 2004. The items will be ship to FB2039. Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 Apr 03 and response date will be 15 May 03. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SOLE SOURCE TO PRATT & WHITNEY, OEM. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO DELAY AWARD PENDING APPROVAL OF ANY OTHER SOURCE. Please refer to CBD number note 22, 23, and 26.
