NA This procurement will be awarded to the lowest price that meet all the criteria in the statement of work. If you would like to request a copy of solicitation number DASW01-03-T-0060 Send Email to rogersn@hqda.army.mil, or access DCC-W Homepage at Http://dc cw.hqda.pentagon.mil Serena Rogers Contract Specialist 703/602-3737 Army Family Team Building (AFTB) Program Managers Course (PMC) training, is requesting meeting room space for the Program Managers Course 29 April-10 May 2003. The purpose for the course is to provide management skills for AFTB Program Managers to return to their military community to administer, Establish and/or sustain on-going day to day operations and management of their AFTB programs. Requirements are as follows: The AFTB Program Managers Course must be in the down town area of Atlanta, Georgia. There will be approximately 166-180 attendees. A variety of meeting room space is required. All meeting room space should be on the same floor. Meeting rooms must be large enough for training requirements and group work activities. Meeting rooms must not have columns or obstructions of vie w to the presenter. The three daily breakout rooms must be 2430 square feet each. General session rooms must be different from the breakout rooms. General sessions are on Monday and Friday, 3 large breakout rooms for approximately 52 attendees are need on Monday-Friday, fourteen breakout rooms are needed on Friday, smaller rooms are required for pre-training prior to formal training days, two instructor training rooms and a larger operation rooms are required throughout the training period. We are a fed eral government agency and tax exempt. We require storage space for approximately 100 boxes at no cost to the government and no cost for handling the boxes. Must have ability to receive the boxes at least one week prior to on site arrival. A total of 1192 sleeping rooms that meet government per diem are required. All meals must be with in the government per diem rate or lower. All meals must be provided in a different room than the meeting rooms. We require 969 lunches and 224 dinner meals, also morning and afternoon breaks to reflect the daily number of people on site. Hotel must have restaurants in walking distance. Room service must be available 24 hours. Office equipment to consist of computers, printers, copy machines and phone are required in the operations room. Audio visual services are required with a variety of needs (i.e. podium, flipcharts, microphones, screens, power packs). Audio visual equipme nt must be made available on site, with technician services at no cost. Airport shuttle service must be available. Hotel must be willing to accept training supplies at least one week prior to first day on site at no cost to the government and no cost to move supplies within the hotel. Parking for students must be at no cost o r at a reduced cost. Hotel must have a 24 hour fitness center available and an indoor pool.
