NA DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY NORFOLK DISTRICT, CORPS OF ENGINEERS OFFICE OF THE CHIEF, REAL ESTATE Branch ATTN: CENAO-RE-A 803 FRONT STREET NORFOLK, VIRGINIA 23510-1096 The Norfolk District is offering for sale approximately 234,088 board feet (1/4 in. international)of standing hardwood sawtimber, and 1320 tons of standing hardwood pulpwood on approximately 80 acres at the Raystown Lake Project, Huntington County, PA. T he total number of items for this sale is one (1). The timber to be sold may be inspected by prospective purchasers on April 17th, 2003. Arrangements for inspections shall be made by contacting Mr. Jeff Krause, telephone (814) 658-6813. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., May 1, 2003, by the Acquisition, Management and Disposal Branch, Real Estate Division, Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1096, and then and there publicly opened and announced. Forms for use in submitting bids may be obtained Mr. Jeff Krause, telephone (814) 658-6813 at the Raystown Lake Project, Huntington County, PA or from the Acquisition, Management and Disposal Branch, address shown above. Terms and conditions of sale, pro cedure for submitting bids, and a description of the timber are contained in the bid forms. This timber will be sold by lump sum sale method.
