Description: Apartments or Condos to be used as crew quarters for 15 member Forest Service Hot Shot (firefighting) crew of 2 women and 13 men. Apartments/Condos need to be fully furnished kitchen, including all cookware & utensils. The housing should be as close as possible to the Engineer Guard Station, located approximately 30 miles North of Durango, Colorado. Vendor should provide prices for 6 rooms total. 5 rooms with 3 beds each, and 1 room with 2 beds. Rooms needed from April 19, 2003 thru October 19, 2003.
