Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is conducting a USDA Express Review Study of mail and supply services at the NRCS State Office in Lincoln, Nebraska. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. This study will determine whether the work will continue to be performed in-house or whether a solicitation will be issued for conversion to a contract. A FedBizOpps announcement stating the study result and establishing a Public Review period will be posted upon the study's completion.
