16 Contracting Squadron Re: 90210-Carpet Installation Sign-In Sheet Attendees for Site Visit 25 Mar 03/0900 North Florida, Hyder?s Carpet, Alta Tech Sys, Contrast Flooring, Classic Carpets, Ertec, Yeatts, Ellis Floor covering, J&J Commercial, Floor Covering Int, Essam?s Flooring Questions and Answers 1. What is the start date? The start is 11 April 03 Thru 30 April 03. Area 1 (CPBO 150 on the floor plans) and Hallways shall be competed by 14 April . All other area will be coordinated once award is made. 2. What are the work hours? Works hours will be 0630hrs to 1800hrs. 3. What is the carpet type and style? Carpet Tiles shall be or equal to Collins and Aikman, Style Infinity, Color #55009 Indian Summer. 4. What is the base color? Base Cove Roppe #40, Fawn, 1/8. 5. What is the completion date? The completion date is 30 April 03 6. No liquidated Damages 7. Response Date remains the same, 2 April 2003, 1600, Central Time.
