Description

The United States Air Force Academy intends to award the Maintenance of Proximity Locks to Palmer Electric, Inc., Colorado Springs Colorado Solicitation F05611-03-Q-0310 is issued as a Request for Proposal under FAR Parts 12 & 13. Interested firms have until 4:00 PM MST, 3 Apr 2003 to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities. Qualifications shall include the contractor?s ability to work on Dorado Maxnet Proximity Lock products. These qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after 3 Apr 2003, 4:00 PM MST or without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the synopsis and will not be considered. Based upon responses to this notice, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Responses to this notice may be faxed to 719-333-9103, Attn: Jeneke Lacy. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561621 and the business size standard is $10.5 million.
