Description: NA This is a requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, transportation, tools, equipment and accessories to troubleshoot and repair and replace mechanical and electrical equipment at the Schofield Barracks Wastewater Plant, SBW WTP , Schofield Barracks Water Treatment Plant, SBWTP, Helemano Military Reservation, HMR, Pump and Lift Stations, and related transmission lines, Army owned pump stations and swimming pools on Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield and various Army in stallations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation will be in two lots one HMR Operation, maintenance & repair and the other for Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair SBWWTP & SBWTP. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 28 April 2003. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 20 May 03. Period of performance is l August 03 to 30 Arpil 04 with one prepriced 6 month option p eriod. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.0 million. This is a recurring requirement. S ervices are currently being performed under two separate contracts. Current contractors are Fuel Oil Polishing Co. Inc., 91 255 Hanua Street, Kapolei, HI 96707. Current contract is a base with two 6 month options and the estimated contract price for the last option period is $423,543.00. The other is Aqua Engineers, PO Box 368, Lawai, HI 96765. Current contract is a base with three six month options and the estimated contract price for the last option period is $55,266.00.
