Description

NA Headquaters Department of the Army Military Personnel Services Center's (MPSC). This requirement is focused on the Headquaters Department of the Army MPSC mission to provide human resource services that support personnel assigned and attached to the Office s of the Secretary of Defense, The Joint Chiefs of Staff, The Secretary of the Army, Headquarters Department of the Army, The Chief of Staff of the Army, The Army Staff, Chief, Army Reserve and National Guard Bureau and all Supporting Field Operating Agenc ies. Serve as staff and technical advisor for the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army on all military personnel administrative matters. The MPSC intends to request services under a Fixed Price type contract, using Full and Open Competiti on. The leneth of the contract will be a base year with four (4) option years.
