- NA 1. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Rental of one Trailer, MMMC floorplan #1263000038, or equal, 12' x 60' trailer with interior partitioning to create approx. 9 feet 6 inches x 12 feet dimention room at one end and approx 17 feet 6 inches x 12 feet dimention room at the other end. One exterior door to access larger end room and one exterior door to access main space in the center. Both end rooms to open to center room. Rental of one Trailer, MMMC floorplan #2463000210, or equal, 24' x 60' trailer with interior partitioning to create two approx. 12' x 12' rooms at one end. Two exterior doors to access main space. Both end rooms to open to main room. Both trailers to include: Douglas Fir wood exterior pain ted brown or other neutral color. T-grid suspended ceiling with recessed fluorescent lighting. Finished interior with paneling or drywall or paint on walls and VCT flooring. 110V outlets at 12 feet O.C. Heating and air conditioning ducted through ceili ng space with return air at the wall. Detachable towbar and two sets metal stairs for each trailer. Delivery of both trailers to Fresno; Block or Level both trailers; Dismantle both trailers; and Return Delivery of both trailers. This synopsis and solic itation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will no t be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Submit written offers via mail or fax. Oral offers will not be accepted. All Statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This pro curement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. Standard Industrial Code 50 39 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 5323 East McKinley Ave, Fresno, CA 93727. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses, cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this so licitation. The clause at FAR 52.224-1, Privacy Act Notification and FAR 52.224-2, Privacy Act, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors--Competitive Acquisitions applies to this solicitation. Award will be base d on technical capability and past performance equal to lowest price, responsible offer. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussions on thi s procurement. All proposals must be mailed to Base Contracting Office, 144 FW/LGC, 5323 E. McKinley Ave, Fresno, CA 93727, or faxed to (559) 454-5107. Proposals are required to be received no later than 2:00 PM PDT, Monday, April 14, 2003, a period of a cceptance must be indicated on the proposal and must be good for 30 days.
