Description

NA The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with Advanced Technical Products, 2000 Brunswick Lane, Deland, FL 32724, under the authority of 10 U.S.C., Section 2304(c)(1), ?Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements? for the acquisition of sixty-three (63) Joint Biological Point Detection Systems (JBPDS) and program support with options for an additional eighty-three (83) systems. Use of competitive procedures would result in unaccept able delays in fulfilling the agency?s requirements. (Note 22 applies).
