Description

NA The US Army Research Laboratory (ARL), intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 from Oewaves, Inc., 1010 E. Union Street, Pasadena, CA 91106 for the purchase of an Opto Electronic Oscillator in accordance with the speci fications to be included in the RFQ. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive pr oposals. However, all proposals received before the response date indicated in this announcement will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely w ithin the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No telephone requests will be honored.
