Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct and gravel approximately 7,400 feet of road, plus 4 side roads totaling approximately 200 feet, a parking lot, and install three 18 inch corrugated steel culverts with an approximate total length of 162 feet. The work also includes, but is not limited to: stripping, excavation, embankment, aggregate surfacing, and ripping of old roads. Price range is betwen $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bonds are required. The requirement is open to both small and large business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizops.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted o/a 4/16/03. Contractors are strongly encouraged to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award, and will facilitate payment.
