Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)intends to issue a modification approving a one year extension to the to the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0177, and issuance of delivery orders to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), Orlando, Florida for the F-14 aircraft. The proposed contract actions will allow the delivery orders to be placed for services and/or materials, along with spares and/or replacement parts, necessary to repair, overhaul, and/or modify existing AN/AAQ-25 Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) Target System (LTM), including its Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs), Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs), and associated related equipment delivered by the contractor to the government. LMC is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the LANTIRN system. As such, they are the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and experience necessary to fulfill this requirment. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
