Description: The Kootenai National Forest is soliciting quotations for construction inspection services on the Libby, Three Rivers, and Cabinet Ranger Districts on an as-needed basis to monitor performnace of Forest Service road and bridge contracts. Knowledge of Forest Service road construction specifications and contract administration procedures, as well as the ability to maintain a professional relationship with road and bridge construction contractors is required. The estimated performance period is June 2, 2003 through December 31, 2003.
