Description

NA Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W), in support of the Force Transformation Office (FTO), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to support the FTO requirement summarized below. The contractor shall provide comprehensive support to the Force Transformation Office (FTO), Office of the Secretary of Defense, in the development, refinement, and effective management of its acquisition program. Additionally, the contractor shall provid e FTO with quality administrative personnel to support the efficient day-to-day operation of thee FTO in meeting its mission. FTO may also require some resource management analyses. DCC-W intends to compete this effort as a 100% Set-aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The expected period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with four one-year options. Performance shall be at the FTO facilities at the Pentagon and in Rosslyn, Arlington, Virginia.
