Description

NA This project consists of construction of grading and earthwork, water distribution system, maintenance roads, public access improvements, habitat planting,m wetlands, and gateway features. The project limit extends from 19th Avenue to 16th Street. This so licitation is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237990. All Other Heavy Construction Except Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities, 28.5 M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. Estimated cost range of the Project is over $10,000,000. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 18, 2003. The Government intends to issue this solicitation and all amendments through the use of the Internet. No additional med ia (CD ROM's, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper)will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Contractors may view/download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after the solicitation issuance at the following Inter net address:http://ebs.spl.usace.army.mil. All bidders are required to check the Los Angeles District Contracting Division website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. All Contractors are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ to view other business opportunities across the Army. Bidders must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to recieve a Government Contract Award. Any prospective bidder interested in bidding on this solicitation must register to be placed on the plan holders list.
