Description

NAICS Code 238910 - Provide all labor and materials required to design and install approximately 17,500 square feet of asphalt paving and relocate chain link fencing at the Laredo North Border Patrol Station, 111199 McPherson Ave., Laredo, TX. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 18, 2003, with proposals being due on or about May 2, 2003. The estimated cost range of this project is $25,000 to $75,000. GSA Project No. ATX02033, Solicitation No. GS-07P-03-UJC-0013. This project is being procured using informal Source Selection procedures which will result in a firm fixed price award to the offeror who provides the "best value" to the Government with technical ability being more important than price. This solicitation is completely set-aside for small business.
