- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals to provide expert technical assistance (TA) support services for the Office of Performance Review (OPR). The Contractor must have the necessary experience and expertise to provide supplemental expert assistance to OPR headquarters and Regional Division staff located in the ten (10) Regional Divisions. This assistance and support will include on-site and off-site organizational performance reviews, follow-up or urgent site visits, and State and community level strategic partnership reviews. This assistance is intended to enhance overall program performance and management systems of all grantee activities supported by HRSA to increase access to health care services and reduce health disparities among uninsured and underserved populations. Furthermore, the Contractor shall arrange for experts who are qualified and experienced in a range of specialty areas of expertise and experience in organizational, community and State need to work with OPR staff on grantee, community and State performance review teams to provide assessments, performance recommendations and technical assistance, as outlined in the Scope of Work. This requirement will be for one (1) base year and four (4) options years for a total of sixty (60) months. This proposed requirement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Offers from concerns other than small business firms will not be considered. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561990 "All Other Support Services" and the small business size, in dollars, is $6.0 million. The Solicitation will be available at the Government Website, at www.fbo.gov in the Main Menu, under Health and Human Services (HHS), Offices, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Locations, Division of Procurement Management, and will not be mailed out.
