- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate with the University of Washington, 3935 University Way N.E., Seattle, Washington 98105 to modify contract 240-01-0040 to include an assessment of the Genetics in Primary Care Project Faculty, and to address the extent genetics has been integrated into their clinical practice and their primary care teaching programs. The University of Washington is deemed the only responsible source capable of performing the required work and services under the authority in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). This is not a solicitation but an announcement of the Government's intent to negotiate on a sole source basis for the modification of an existing contract. A copy of the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file.
