Description

This is a sources sought synopsis for technical writing services. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for a technical writer to update and revise, as necessary, the Permanent Change of Station (PCS) handbook currently used in its Transportation and Relocation Unit (FAPT). The vendor or individual selected for this assignment must demonstrate knowledge of the following: (1) Relocation policies, as well as commercial business practices pertaining to use of GSA relocation contractors; (2) real estate appraisal procedures relating to relocation (as opposed to mortgage or home equity appraisals); and (3) the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), as well as Title 41, Subtitle F, of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The statement of capability must address your experience in the above listed areas and must contain references, which DEA may contact for past performance data. The statement is due by 4:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, April 18, 2003.
