Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the 460th Contracting Squadron, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado to determine the size, type, and methods your business would use to facilitate the live capture and removal of prairie dogs from their burrows on Buckley AFB in a timely manner. Your company must be able to obtain a permit from the Colorado Division of Wildlife to trap and transfer the animals to USFWS ferret facilities. Your company must have the capability to hold live animals and keep them alive until and while transferring them to the approved ferret facilities. Your company must be capable of dusting the animals for fleas, and the animals must arrive to the facilities alive to ensure the plague is not being transferred to the ferret facilities. The animals will then be place in quarantine for a period of time to ensure the plague is not present. Your company must also be able to transport the prairie dogs from areas on Buckley AFB CO, to a designated facility. Potential work would start between the 1st and the 15th of July. Responses to this notice should include: (1) Business Name (2) Points of Contact, Names and Phone Numbers (3) DUNS and NAICS codes, (4) Business size, SMALL or LARGE (5) Type of Business, 8A, HUBZone,WOMEN-OWNED, ETC...(6) Billing Methods, Lump Sum, and Hourly etc.. (7) Estimated price for services, and your company must be registered to do business with the Government, in Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
