- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented for additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-03-R-B010 is issued as a request for proposal to provide all labor, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to provide office furniture for Munitions Maintenance Administration Facility at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington per the attached requirements. THE FURNITURE MUST BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED NO LATER THAN June 2, 2003. A site visit is scheduled at 0900, 8 Apr 2003. All interested parties must contact the Contract Administrator listed below before the scheduled site visit for instructions on base entry procedures. Hardcopy of the floor plan and power/telephone outlets plan will be provided during the site visit. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 337121, size standard 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Supporting data should include, but not limited to, product data, such as catalog cuts, color scheme and fabric samples. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated for price and overall value. Finish samples, cut sheets & specifications submitted by Furniture Manufacturer are subject to approval by owner prior to ordering. Furniture Manufacturer Representative to field measure and verify for furniture installation. Delivery and installation to be scheduled with Owner. Furniture price quotes to be submitted as per specification/model listed or EQUAL. The government reserves the right to award to other than the low bidder. Offers are due by 22 April 2003 by 3:30PM.
