Description

NA Notice amended to read as follows: Notice of intent to award a Sole Source contract to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) to collect peak hour demand data to include, but not limited to telephone interviews, questionnaires, and intervie ws on peak days. This information wil be used to determine recreational benefits and parking requirements for potential shore protection studies. The data and pioneering techniques for peak recreational user survey developed at the University of North Ca rolina at Wilmington and the known expertise and experience in the field of recreational analysis for beach communities in Southeastern North Carolina, cannot be duplicated without substantial duplication of effort already completed by UNCW. See Note 22. All requests must be in writing and may be submitted via mail and/or fascimile to (910) 251-4454. However, for Note 22: All Proposals received within fifteen (15) days (11 April 2003), in lieu of forty-five (45) days after date of publication of synopsi s will be considered by the Government. NAICS code is 541620 and size standard is $5.0 million. SEE NOTE 22.
