Description
The Library of Congress intends to award a contract to Tech Solution, 560 Plessinger Road, Warfordsburg, PA on a sole source basis. The requirement consist of migrating the Library's existing database from an outmoded defunt EEOMAS system/platform and converting the data to produce workforce analysis reports. The requirements consists of the following information: a. A complete EEO complaint processing capability including tracking, reporting, error listing, document creation, and document storage. This includes Comparison Reports and Trend Analysis. b. Ability to convert existing EEOMAS and EEO Assistant Databases for use in Visual Powerfiles database. c. Ability to produce over 25,000 Workforce Analysis Reports. d. Ability to produce "Ad Hoc" Queries of Workforce Data. e. Software updated at least quarterly to allow organizations to remain current with new reporting requirements. f. Server-based. Enabling download of personnel data from one location to multiple sites, reducing administrative costs associated with separate site downloads and installs. g. Capable of running in Windows 98/NT/2000/XP environments, as well as Internet and Agency Intranet. h. Capability of making reports available in formats customizable with graph and chart insertions, allowing quick turn-around for requested reports and/or data. i. Capability of storing all hard-copy documents in an electronic format in a secured (user id and password) environment. j. Capability of scanning all complaint documents and making them available on the desktop as needed.
