- Description
- Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to furnish and install six (6) new marine camels with associated sinkers at the U.S. Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team facility located in Bayonne, NJ at the site of the former Military Ocean Terminal facility. The work includes disconnecting,removing and disposing of the existing camels and sinkers. Bidders are urged to inspect the site before submitting a bid. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. This Invitation for Bids is 100% small business set-aside for which the applicable small business size standard is $28.5 million average annual receipts for the three previous fiscal years. This project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990. The tentative bid opening date is 28 May 2003. Bid packages will be available on or about 22 April 2003 at a non-refundable charge of $22. Certified Checks or money orders should be made payable to Commercial Blue Print and Supply Inc. and mailed to the firm at: 83 Waverly Street, Jersey City, NJ 07306. Do not send fees to the Coast Guard. All relevant solicitation documents including specifications and drawings may also be accessed for download for free commencing on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.eps.gov. Any amendments issued under this solicitation shall also be posted on this website. Also, you may refer to a list of other printers on the U.S. Coast Guard CEU/PROVIDENCE website at http://www.uscg.mil/mlclant/ceuprovidence. Printers on this list may be able to download and print the solicitation and drawings and specifications for a fee. All responsible sources are invited to submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Coast Guard.
