- Description
- It is the intent of this Solicitation to secure Pocket Gopher Control Services for reforestation units and seed orchards on the Hood River and Barlow Ranger Districts. This is a performance-based service contract with a required score of at least 75% for each subitem of successful end results. Scores are determined by Government open-hole inspections. Only one rework is allowed to bring scores above 75%. If score is less than 75% after rework, no payment will be made for that unit. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION. This project is located on the Hood River and Barlow Ranger Districts of the Mt. Hood National Forest, Oregon. ACCESSIBILITY. Most work units can be reached by standard two-wheel drive pickups using Forest Service roads during the operating season. Solicitation documents will be posted at this site only on or about April 18, 2003.
