Description: If you have responded to the first notice posted on March 14, 2003, please do not respond to this notice. The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is conducting a USDA Express Review Study of Clerical Support Services. at the NRCS Oahu Resource Conservation and Development office in Aiea, Hawaii. These services are not currently provided by Government personnel. This study will determine whether the work will be performed in house or whether a solicitation will be issued for converstion to contract. A FedBizOpps announcement stating the study result and establishing a Public Review Period will be posted upon the study's completion.
