Description

LOAN SERVICING SERVICES FOR HUD'S NATIONAL LOAN SERVICING CENTER. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for services to provide a full range of comprehensive first and second mortgage loan servicing and processing of mortgage satisfactions of Secretary-Owned assets, including, but not limited to, HECM Insured and Assigned mortgages, Partial Claim mortgages, 235 Recapture and Nehemiah mortgages, Assignment Program mortgages and OND/TND mortgages. The contractor shall establish a fully staffed and operational office within a 300-mile radius of Tulsa, OK, for performance of all the contract requirements, and to accommodate the loan servicing operations of HUD's portfolio. It is HUD's intention to award one performance-based contract as a result of this competitive Small Business set aside solicitation ON OR ABOUT August 25, 2003. The awarded contract will be for a period of one year with four one-year options. This solicitation is open to all qualified Small Businesses under NAICS code 522390. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT May 5, 2003, BY DOWNLOADING FROM THE HUD WEB SITE at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract/cfm.
