Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Remove and dispose of eight door leafs and erect one manually operated door system to meet current wind load requirements. Replace structural framing and bracing, steel plate bottom wheel assemblies, top guide roller assemblies, weather stripping, top guide beams, and bottom rail system. Includes all necessary work for a complete and usable system. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,00 and $250,000.
