- This solicitation as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about April 21, 2003. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The total government estimate of the job is >25K and <100K. NAICS Code - 235210. This solicitation will be issued under the terms of the emerging small business program but is open to all size businesses. Hard copy only (fasimile accepted) quotation documents will be accepted. Questions may be directed to Adella Hansen, Contract Specialist by e-mail to della_hansen@nps.gov or by facsimile to 845-229-0739. Work includes: General surface preparation, re-putty windows, priming and painting of exterior siding, shutters, trim, doors, windows, wood storm windows, roof flashings, gutter linings, the metal covering the pediments which cross each gable end, painted masonry including chimneys and other related compents.
