Description

The U. S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, intends to negotiate and award to ITT Industries, Clifton, NJ, a modification under Contract No. USZA95-02-C-0009. The authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, is applicable. The modification will add a new Integrated, Warning, Caution,Advisory System with Voice [IWCA(V)] (cost plus fixed fee). Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The North American Industrial Classification code is 336413; the business size is 1000. Desired delivery is eighteen (18) months ARO. FOB: Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery shall be to TAPO, Ft. Eustis, VA.
