- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 9,636 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 8,379 and maximum of 8,879 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Bloomington, Indiana. Contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern tasteful design, in modern use or new construction. Parking for 41 vehicles must be available on site with a preference for reserved parking. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area within Bloomington, Indiana: NORTH: 17th Street; SOUTH: Tapp Road, Country Club Road, Winslow Road, Rodgers Road; EAST: Sare Road, College Mall, SR 46; WEST: Crescent Road, Ve4rnal Pike, Adams Street, Whitehall Pike, Landmark Avenue, Bloomfield Road, Weimer Road. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy in the Summer of 2004. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) Location must not be in close proximity to a residential area and schooling facilities; 2) Two (2) separate and mutually exclusive access points onto major thoroughfares.
