Description

NA Project VGLZ029045, Add to Security Fence, at Selfridge ANG Base, Michigan. Requirement is for installation of approximately 37,000 LF of 7 FT high cyclone fencing with three strand barbed wire outriggers, as well as approximately 1,500 LF of decorative f encing. Project also includes installation of approximately thirty (30) gates of different sizes. Two (2) gates will be electrically operated with remote control access. Contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, and disposition of al l excess materials. The NAICS code is 235990, SIC Code is 1799 and the Small Business Standard is $12 million. Solicitation will be issued on or about 20 May 2003; Bid Opening Date to be on or about 19 June 2003; and performance period is 270 calendar da ys. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. Magnitude of project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. A Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit will be held 4 Jun 03 at 0900 hours. Contractors shall report to Bldg 105, Rm 16, Selfridge ANG Base, MI. Contractors must e mail the Contract Administrator, Audrey Barnett, NLT, 2 Jun 2003 at: audrey.barnett@miself.ang.af.mil for access to the Base. Specifications will be available on or about 20 May 2003 at the following web site: http://www.selfridgecontracting.com. Plans will be availbe via CD by contacting Audrey Barnett. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (www.ccr.com) to be eligible for award.
