- NA Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) A-E contract with multi-disciplinary work to be performed at Oregon Air National Guard facilities located at Portland, Oregon and Camp Rilea, Warrenton Oregon. Various Delivery orders (projects) requires mult iple specialized design efforts for Architectural and interior design; electrical; mechanical; structural; civil; fire and security alarm systems; fire detection and suppression systems (i.e High expansion foam); environmental including asbestos and lead p aint abatement; surveying; geotechnical; acoustical and landscaping. Types of services available for contract are ?A?, ?B?, and ?C?. The IDIQ contract will have a maximum monetary limit of $270,000 per year, against which delivery orders up to $90,000 ma y be placed. It is at the option of the Government to extend the Contract for one option year, for a total of two years and not to exceed $540,000 for the life of the contract. The contract starting date will be approximately October 1, 2003. Work may in clude, but not limited to: (a) Vehicle storage and warehouse facilities, (b) Repair, alter and maintain facilities, (c) Repair or replace roofing and siding systems, (d) Paving projects, (e) Replace aircraft apron lighting, (f) Alter interior administratio n areas, (g) Flight Administration/Training facilities, (h) Various energy conservation/alarm studies, and (I) Air condition facilities. Evaluation criteria, in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services, (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required including where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials, ( 3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules, (5) Location in the general geogr aphical area of the projects and knowledge of the locality of the projects, provided that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms given the nature and size of the projects, (6) Volume of work awarded by DOD during the last twelve months. Final selection procedure will include a personal or telephone interview. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Qualified firms desiring consideration shall submit two copies of thei r SF 254 forms (copies must be less than one year old) and two copies of their SF 255 forms for the principal firm and all consultants.
