- Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-3168, LTC03067009794, NSN 6810-00-964-8945, Monoethanolamine Chelated Solution, unit drum is for 55 gallon. COA shall contain: First Article Testing-Contractor solicitation, I/A/W section 4.3.2 of MIL-M-23573B (SH), QAP 153 applies. Colour, Hazen, appearance, specific gravity and percentage of Nitrilotriacetic acid, NTA and percentage of Ethylenediaminetetraaacetic acid not to exceed 2.5%. EDTA not to exceed 2.0%. Exception to container, the Polyethylene insert shall not contain any copolymers or additives, D.O.T. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside, will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus an option to extend the terms for an additional (4) years. Line item 0001, Quantity 113, Unit of Issue: Gallon; ARO is 150 DAYS to (SRG) Richmond, VA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This Contract will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with 4 Option years. The solicitation will issue on 28 April 2003 with a Closing Date of 12 May 2003. P.O.C. is Merle A.
